Hello Martin, Many thanks indeed for your kind letter concerning the purchase of my Honda FR-V. What a lovely car, and what excellent service I received from Speedwell Honda. Especially Steve, who sold it to me. What a kind and thoughtful chap. My husband was thrilled to bits when I arrived home with said car, and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. The car is manual, which has taken a bit of getting used to, that is my only 'gripe', the handbrake is in a very awkward position, and I's much prefer an automatic gearbox. Richard assisted us in the purchase of a new Honda Civic on Motability in your Newton Abbot showroom. He was very polite, courteous and very knowledgeable in showing us the Civic. We called them, again not available and another promise of a call back, which didn't happen again, so they lost a sale.
