Dear Mr Richards, Thanks for the letter of October 29th. I have been contacted by telephone by Honda UK and have given an "excellent" answer to all the questions asked. Can I also say a big thank you to Stephen Peralta, he was so helpful with everything. As you know I had an unexpected scrape on my Honda Civic after the agreed part exchange. It upset me, as after 46 year of driving it was my first insurance claim. But what upset me most that I had to hand my car over to you in a damaged state. I really look after my cars, Steven was so understanding. I am very happy with my Jazz 1.4, and this is now my third Honda from Speedwell so this speaks for itself!! Dear Mr Foster, I feel that I would like to express my complete satisfaction with your staff team in general at Speedwell Honda and would add that the way you give your services to customers surpasses all other garages I have dealt with in the past. In particular I wish to thank Richard (Crowther) for his dedication in the position he holds as Sales Executive. I have known Richard through your showroom now for a number of years. We are now on our fourth car from you (but have owned five Hondas in succession). Previous to the Civic we have just picked up we had two new Jazz's. I was so disappointed in the last one (the gearbox being the issue) that we traded it back to you with less than 5,000 miles on the clock. I did say to Richard that this time we were going to change from Honda as I would like to move back to a 1.6 engine. He informed me of a Civic you had coming in at 1.8 which saved the day. Richard goes to extreme lengths to see that we (and I am sure all his customers) are treated with the utmost respect, courtesy and consideration. He has never failed to come over for a chat when we enter the showroom for services etc, asking after our wellbeing and of course renewing the aquaintanceship with an eye for future business, but that side never becomes obvious. Dear Mr Richards, Re :- Jazz 1.4 Purchased 6/12/12 from Richard Crowther. Many thanks for your letter of 6/2/12 regarding our purchase of the above. I can assure you that all areas of our purchase were excellent, especially the customer service given to us by Richard. Should we receive a questionnaire from Honda UK this will be confirmed to them also. We have bought/sold many cars over the years, but can honestly say, we have not received such good customer service before.
