I dealt with Richard in Sales and Steve on the technical side. I have to say my experience throughout the whole process was the best customer service I can remember. Everything that was promised was followed through on and it was refreshing to be treated so well. Can't recommend the place highly enough.

What a fabulous attitude and service I had from Giles at Speedwell online. They are closed on Sundays, but I arrived from Teignmouth to look at the car on the show court. Giles arrived 2/3 Minutes after and asked if he could help, it was obvious he had just popped in for 5 Minutes, I said that I didn’t really want to keep him, but he really could not have been more helpful. He got the keys and let me look around it, then let me take the out for a test drive, he was so helpful. Afterwards we discussed the car and various other things and whilst I went there just to look, I walked away having signed the deal !!! Giles was so honest and obliging it was a pleasure doing business with him and look forward to arranging a date to pickup my new car, a fantastic service. Giles, thank you so much for making my day. We bought a car from Speedwell Honda - Newton Abbot today- 1st Feb 2019 through Neil Binks. I certainly have never received such fantastic service from a sales representative as I got from Neil. From the beginning of the purchase through until the end, he showed remarkable patience, courtesy and thoroughness - and then to receive a beautiful bouquet of flowers simply made the whole experience amazing! Recent purchase of a used Venga. I recently purchased the above amd am very pleased with the car, and the arrangements organised by Josh and Mr. Martinez. Within a month a following car ran into the back of me and damaged the rear bumper, which had to be replaced (under insurance cover provided by the other driver). When this work was completed I remembered that Josh had mentioned that the Venga had a special paint finish, so I popped in to query if the new bumper paint could be done. It was done there and then.
