Dear Steve, I have now had chance to drive the car twice to Cornwall. To say I am pleased is an understatement. The smoothness and quietness, is perhaps the best thing I have noticed this far. At the RAF base it is kept in a lock-up garage. I always dry it off when it has rained. This up to now has been all the time. On a personal note, thank you very much for looking after Marce and me so well. You went the extra mile! The umbrella has come in very useful. Dear Mr Richards, Thank you for your letter dated 20th June. I am writing to let you know how pleased I am with the Civic 2.0i we purchased from you recently. Periodically I suffer from back pain. I find the car so comfortable. It's lovely to drive and much easier to get in and out. The colour is perfect. My son said its like sitting on a cloud. I think that sums it up. Dear Martin, Thank you for your letter following my purchase of a Honda Civic from Speedwell Honda. I'm delighted to say that I found the whole experience of buying, collecting and insuring the car a complete pleasure. I have been a company car driver for 10 years. therefore this is the first car I have bought personally for a long time. I decided to buy a second hand car to use while I make a number of career changes and chose Honda because of the reliability. Having had such a good experience I will certainly consider Honda when I purchase a new car, something that I would not previously have done. The people who I dealt with, Ken and Richard, were pleasant, helpful and patient. I also found Honda insurance to be competitively priced and easy to deal with, which lead me to insure the car with them for the whole year following a free week of cover. I work as a Customer Relations Manager for a large company as so often find myself disappointed with the service I receive from other organisations. I know that customers tend to share the bad news, rather than the good, which is why I am writing to tell you what a pleasant experience it has been for me dealing with Honda, but specifically Speedwell. Dear Mr Richards, As you are aware we recently purchased a Honda Jazz through Richard, (Who then had to go on holiday to recover from dealing with us!!) Not to end it there after a few days decided we would sooner have an Automatic Jazz, so proceeded to pounce in July, who was like Richard, most understanding and helpful, and found one for us the same day. (How he will recover remains to be seen at this stage!!!!) Joking aside we would like to thank all at Speedwell Honda for the brilliant service and helpfulness. (We will be back!!!) I feel I must write to you as a long time Honda owner to say how impressed I was with the service received from one of the sales staff, a young man named James. I was in the showroom last Wednesday waiting while the handbrake on my new style Civic was changed. I was casually looking around and after a suitable time James approached me to see if he could give me any information on the cars. He was very knowledgeable, pleasant and polite. I explained that I was not due to change my car at this time but asked if he could explain to me how the Civic Hybrid functioned. He knew exactly and arranged with Steve Peralta for me to have a test drive while I waited. I have now purchased a Hybrid, collected it yesterday! This was mainly due to James. I think you have a good addition to the sales team and he is a credit to the firm. I should take this opportunity to say how good the service is from Steve who has sold me two cars in the past couple of years.
